After 25 years, the Czech family company Proxim is being passed from father to son

After a successful 25-year run at the head of Proxim, Jan Kroupa, Sr., a former research institute employee, is handing over the healthy and successful company to his son, Jan Kroupa, Jr. Proxim, a Czech family company, is a specialist in the production of chemical products for the home, garden and the food industry. The product line includes chemicals for treating pools, ponds, whirlpools and even drains. Proxim is the producer of high-quality environmentally-friendly chemical products and is a trusted expert and advisor on water treatment – in pools, ponds and other applications. Proxim has celebrated the company’s 25th year on the market and received two important awards as the family company of the year. Proxim took home two awards from the prestigious 2017 Equa bank Family Company of the Year competition. The company won the Public Prize and placed third in the category of small companies in the evaluation of the expert jury.
