First, measure the water pH in the pool by using a pool tester. The optimum range is from pH 6.8 to pH 7.6. If the observed value is higher, use pH MINUS to adjust it, if it is lower, use pH PLUS.
Measure the water hardness level, particularly if the pool was filled from a local water source. If the hardness is high, reduce it with HARDNESS STABILIZER. This will help prevent the formation of stubborn mineral deposits on the pool walls and bottom.
Now use fast-dissolving CHLOR START granules for initial water chlorination. The dosage is 40-80 g per 10 m3 of water in the pool. The chlorine concentration should be thereby adjusted to the initial level of 0.3 to 0.5 mg/l. Subsequently, use COMBI tablets or MULTI tablets for water sanitation and treatment on an ongoing basis.
