What should be done after the winter months? Must all water be drained, and new water added?

Before making up water in the pool, clean the pool walls with a brush or sponge by using our GEL CLEANER.

Connect the filtration system according to the manufacturer’s instructions for use and check and tighten all screws and nuts to avoid water leaks. Add water until it is at the level of the skimmer centre (or as you require) and activate filtration for 24 hours.

Then perform pre-season water treatment:

• If water hardness is too high, use HARDNESS STABILIZER.
• Adjust pH with pH MINUS or pH PLUS as appropriate.
• Use CHLOR START for initial chlorination. Add 40-80 g per 10 m³ of water in the pool. The chlorine concentration should be thereby adjusted to the initial level of 0.3 to 0.5 mg/l.
• Subsequently, use COMBI tablets or MULTI tablets for water sanitation and treatment on an ongoing basis.
